How to install plugins

Plugins should be easy to install!

There are quite a few ways to add plugins, they will all be covered here!

~ Method 1: The basic way!

Whether you are experienced or not, this way is the most simplest way to install plugins. Whenever you are on your panel, on the left hand side [ Left < > Right ] there will be many options! But you want to look for the funny looking "Minecraft" menu, when you click this, it'll show around 4 options, depending on if your using Paper or a Mod software like Forge.

"Server Software", "Spigot Plugins", "Modrinth Mods", "Modrinth Modpacks"

~~ Typically everyone uses Paper, so it will be 4 options.

When you see those 4, you want to pick the one that says "Spigot Plugins", not to be confused with a water spigot! As seen in the screenshot below.

Then, after you click Plugins, you want to find your plugin!

"Oh but how do I find a specific plugin?" ~ Glad you asked! You will be able to find a specific plugin by pressing the bar that has the dark text "Search thousands of plugins..." - Refer to the screenshot below!

Now that you found your plugin, two more steps! Click/tap your plugin, [don't worry mobile people, I didn't forget about you!] then press "Install Plugin"!

Last but most definitely not least, RESTART YOUR SERVER! If you do not restart, your plugin will not work.

~ NOTICE: If your plugin is not under the plugins tab, you must follow Method 2! [Below]

~ Method 2: The more advanced way!

The fun way to add plugins! Finding them & uploading them yourself!

Your gonna want to find a good TRUSTWORTHY site to download the plugin(s) you are seeking!

Modrinth Spigot Bukkit

These sites are extremely easy to use, all you do is find the magnifying glass on them, type in what your looking for, and poof! There's your plugin!

All these sites have it when you click on a plugin it'll say "Download", or "Download Latest File". It's simple! Modrinth has a menu that opens where you need to select the version and software. Ex: 1.21.1 , Paper!

Then, you need to go back to your panel, find the "File Manager" tab on the left hand side [Left < > Right] and press "plugins." After the folder opens, press the button that says "Upload", it'll pop up either your file explorer or if your on mobile something on the bottom of your screen to select what to open. If your on mobile, press the "File Explorer" or the equivalent of that.

This guide is meant to make it easier to understand how to add plugins! Trying to learn to spell supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is way harder. ~ I did actually spell it, surprisingly I spelt it right :)
